Hi, my name is Phillip Baynard aka “Shrugs”. I am a motivated, young, black male born and raised in Louisville, KY. I am a graduate of duPont Manual High School/Youth Performing Arts School and Sullivan University. After graduating from Sullivan, I spent many years in the childcare and human services field. During that time I started my own company called PAB Management in which I provide a variety of services in the professional music and event industry. Since starting PAB Management in 2015 I have become a full time entrepreneur and am now embarking on the journey of becoming a successful Paparazzi Independent Consultant. Welcome to my journey!
