Paparazzi EXP makes it easy to access sneak peeks of jewelry, corporate-approved content, and other resources that will help you achieve your goals and make your business shine brighter than ever. 

Let’s take a closer look at what Paparazzi EXP is, how it works, and how you can use it to improve your business!

WHAT IS THE PAPARAZZI EXP MOBILE APP?

We created the Paparazzi EXP mobile app to simplify your daily operations and help you build lasting connections with your customers and team members. EXP is filled with Paparazzi’s most-frequently used tools and resources, like customer insights, training videos, and social media kits.

Putting all these valuable features in one centralized location allows you to enhance your communication and content creation with the tap of a few buttons. 

 

 

HOW DOES PAPARAZZI EXP WORK?

To access and use Paparazzi EXP, you must first download the app from the Apple or Android app store on your phone or tablet. You’ll then be able to sign in using your Paparazzi Consultant credentials that you use to access all of Paparazzi’s mobile tools. 

Once you sign in with your Consultant ID and password, you’ll have access to a user-friendly interface that enables you to navigate between pages labeled “Media,” “Glimpse,” “Learn,” “Feed,” and “More.”

Let’s take a deeper look at each of these main pages and what they contain:

Media

Identified by a play button icon at the bottom left of your screen, the Media section of Paparazzi EXP is filled with high-quality, Corporate-approved images of new jewelry drops, popular shopping categories, social media asset releases, and more. You’ll also find jewelry sneak peeks, including pieces from Misty’s Sneak Peek Live events! 

Search the Media tab by keywords to find content that’s relevant to your current sales strategies and inventory. Share the content on social media, directly with a contact, or copy the link to send shoppers to your Paparazzi Showroom.

Glimpse

Next to the Media icon is the Glimpse section, which is connected to your Replicated Website. This multi-platform connection gives you a quick overview of your customers’ recent orders, helping you stay updated on what’s happening within your business.

Learn

The Learn tab is located at the bottom center of your screen, and it’s identifiable with an adorable graduation cap icon. This section is your go-to resource for training videos that will keep you up to speed on all things Paparazzi!

You’ll see multiple training courses on the Learning page, and they all include several short video lessons on topics like sales, marketing, EXP, Premiere, and LOOP. Earn badges as you complete courses to track your progress!

Feed

Navigate to the Feed section to find action notifications, reminders, and other information about the links, photos, videos, and announcements you’ve sent to your customers! When customers click on the links you send via EXP, the app will notify you of the action to help you track customer engagement and interest, giving you greater insights into the effectiveness of the content you’re sharing.

This is also where you’ll find new messages, alerts, and other information from the Corporate team and your Paparazzi team. Filter your Feed page so that you see the most important notifications first and stay as connected as you want with the Paparazzi community! 

More

Under the More section, you’ll find tools like your profile details, contact list, business insights, app settings, and profile details. Each of these tools helps you customize your in-app experience and maximize your time.

Under these tabs, you can build, manage, and sort your contact list to prioritize connections with team members you interact with frequently and customers who have expressed interest in your business. You also have access to business insights like your current rank, growth statistics, monthly commissions, and sales volume. 

 

 

HOW CAN I USE THE APP IN MY BUSINESS?

Paparazzi EXP’s simple yet powerful design was created to help you save time and make your business more efficient! With EXP, you can share information about your products and the Paparazzi business opportunity via SMS, email, or social media. Take a look at the following tips to learn how to use the EXP app in your business:

Create and Share Content

Download and share Paparazzi’s official, high-quality photos, videos, and other marketing materials as your own original content. You can also record and edit your own videos within the app to make your messages and social media posts more effective. Our pre-made social media kits are perfect for promoting sneak peek pieces, specific collections, monthly promotions, and more, with ease! 

EXP’s new keyboard feature enables you to access shareable assets and links from your phone’s keyboard, within any app or platform! Remember to configure your settings so that you receive notifications when recipients open the content you’ve shared, so you know exactly when to reach out and follow up!

 

 

Communicate Effectively 

Customize your shareable media with a fun title and description to encourage customer engagement! You can use EXP’s AI Messaging feature to craft more effective written content for messages and captions. With your prompts, this tool will craft messages for different customers or sales strategies, saving you time and giving your business a consistent, professional brand voice.

Keep Learning

Use the Learn tab to refresh your knowledge about the Paparazzi basics, resources, and tools. These lessons include valuable tips and tricks for improving your business that come directly from the Paparazzi Corporate Team. With this information fresh on your mind, you’ll be able to inform customers and educate team members to help them sparkle and succeed!
