For someone new to Paparazzi Accessories, these terms can be a bit confusing, so today we will break down the different types of recognition you can receive as you achieve new milestones within your business.
Paparazzi Accessories Recognition Program
The Paparazzi Accessories Recognition Program rewards Consultants with extra perks as they reach new ranks within the Compensation Plan. Beyond the financial benefits that come from selling fabulous jewelry and growing a thriving team, the Paparazzi Accessories Recognition Program acknowledges a Consultant’s rank advancement with a range of different gifts. While every rank advancement is recognized with an official certificate, additional gifts, such as exclusive merch and jewelry, designer bags, gift certificates, and vacations can be earned. The Paparazzi Accessories Recognition Program is the way we accessorize your success!
Elite
Consultants become one of the Elite when they arrive at the rank of Executive Producer. When this rank is achieved, we have the privilege of accessorizing these Consultants' success with the stunning cornerstone pieces of the Paparazzi Accessories Recognition Program.
These beautifully hand-crafted necklaces are custom-made with gorgeous shimmering silver chains and feature a variety of delicate Swarovski crystals. Each design fashionably encompasses the milestone it represents, which allows Consultants to showcase their achievement with elegance; whether it’s adorning their neckline or sparkling proudly in its velvet-lined display box. These wearable trophies, with values ranging from $1,000 and beyond, deserve some serious fanfare, which is why we present them at our annual convention. This allows Consultants to celebrate this monumental achievement in the spotlight where they belong.
Crown Club
The Crown Club was created as a complement to Paparazzi Accessories’ Recognition Program. Focusing on rewarding consistent effort, the Crown Club celebrates those Consultants who demonstrate the dedication and determination required to build a thriving Paparazzi Accessories business. By maintaining personally sponsored, active Consultants on their team for consecutive months, they will inevitably create a strong foundation upon which monumental success can be built.
There are currently nine different Crown Clubs, each celebrating the amazing leadership and dynamic entrepreneurial spirit of the Consultants who join them. Once a Consultant reaches Crown Club 10, these achievements are awarded with a sleek crystal trophy in addition to an official certificate.
Life of the Party
The Life of the Party program was built with one purpose: to celebrate our party people! These are the Consultants who eat, sleep, and breathe Paparazzi pink. They thrive on feeding their customers’ jewelry habits and leave a trail of bling everywhere they go. They are hard at work building booming retail empires by partying for a living every chance they get. Their excitement is contagious, with their eyes lighting up as they share their obsession with anyone who will listen, and they absolutely thrive on the fun that fuels Paparazzi Accessories.
When a Consultant becomes the Life of the Party, it is evident that they know how to work a room. These Consultants know how to make their guests feel like the stars of the show. They are warm, inviting, contagious, spunky, and fun–and these incredible Consultants are changing the world one piece of jewelry at a time.
To celebrate Paparazzi Accessories’ ultimate party animals, we have created multiple levels of access within the Life of the Party program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond, Pink Diamond, and Empire Diamond. Each level of access receives some incredible perks like, Double Hostess Rewards, trophies fit for retail royalty, access to exclusive accessories, shopping sprees, and even the opportunity to design a standard accessory!
BLING Boss Award
The BLING Boss Award is the ultimate status symbol; concrete proof that a Consultant has accomplished something extraordinary. The numbers don't lie, and receiving the BLING Boss Award is one of those unique opportunities that reminds them to step back and admire what they have built!
Once a Consultant earns $100,000 via the Paparazzi Accessories Compensation Plan, they are deemed an official 6-Figure BLING Boss, and a stunning trophy emblazoned with that fierce new title will be sent to solidify their status.
When they reach a million dollars in commissions, they will become one of the few who get to claim the title of 7-Figure BLING Boss, and a gorgeous new trophy will commemorate the occasion!
