HOW TO GET STARTED WITH PREMIERE

Your Premiere account includes your own personal ecommerce storefront, always available for your customers to shop from the inventory you have on hand. To get started with Premiere, you need to:

• Step 1: Download the Paparazzi Premiere app and log in with your Paparazzi credentials on your phone (you can also use Premiere on your desktop after you set up your account using the mobile app)
• Step 2: Complete your ProPay Merchant Account setup to accept payments
• Step 3: Activate your ProPay Pink Card (optional, but oh-so handy)

Note: Your Premiere Shop is separate from your Paparazzi Showroom, also known as your replicated site.

With flexible checkout options, you can sell your inventory with or without barcodes and packaging. If your jewelry piece has a barcode, you can simply scan it in the Premiere app.

If an accessory doesn’t have a barcode, you can use the “Barcode Unavailable” tab next to “My Inventory” to access a categorized list of necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and more.

ShippingEasy allows you to manage your shipments, automatically create shipping labels, and market to your customers—all while automatically keeping your customers’ addresses up to date. 

Once you link your Premiere account, your orders and customer details sync with ShippingEasy. Premiere even pulls in the item weights. No more weighing packages! Premiere and ShippingEasy calculate the shipping costs for you because they know the weights of your inventory and shipments. 

Plus, ShippingEasy has the lowest USPS shipping rates in the industry. With two subscription options, you can choose which package best aligns with your business. Manage your jewelry inventory as needed by going to “Receiving” in the main menu of the app. From there, choose the wholesale order you want to receive and select all items, or choose which affordable jewelry pieces you want to display to your shoppers in your online storefront. 

Do you already have existing inventory you want to add to your Premiere shop? Just scan and add or import your inventory with a CSV file. 

WHAT IS THE PAPARAZZI PINK CARD?

The ProPay Prepaid Mastercard, aptly dubbed the “Pink Card,” allows you to access funds from your sales practically instantly.  

If a sale is made today, then the proceeds from that sale will be available on your Pink Card shortly after midnight MST that night—even on weekends! 

Paparazzi Consultants can use the Pink Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. 

When you set up your Premiere account, you set up your ProPay Merchant Account application. This enables you to accept debit and credit payments in your Premiere Shop. ProPay is the payment provider partnered with Premiere.  

Even payments made by cash or check can be recorded in Premiere, just as all other purchases made through your Premiere store. 

If you want to manage all your business funds in one place, you can transfer funds into your ProPay account when you need to. Plus, if you have a balance on your Pink Card, you can use it to buy more adorable, affordable accessories to add to your inventory! 

Note: You don’t have to have a Pink Card. You can transfer funds to your bank account or instantly transfer them to your debit card for any amount up to your available balance. Transfer fees do apply.  

How to Sell Jewelry with PayPal®

Paparazzi Premiere has also partnered with PayPal® to allow your shoppers to purchase jewelry using their PayPal® accounts for online store purchases and invoice payments. All you need to do to activate this feature is connect your new or existing PayPal® account to your Premiere store. 

Note: The profits from your customers’ sales that they make using their PayPal® go into your PayPal® account, not your ProPay Merchant Account. 

REPLY TO BUY™: TURN COMMENTS INTO CASH

Imagine going Live on Facebook and instantly making sales when your customers comment. Reply to Buy™ gives you more time to connect with your audience, showcase your inventory, and grow your business. 

How it works: Connect your Facebook business account, choose a Live streaming keyword in the Premiere Reply to Buy™ settings, assign claim codes, and then start your Live. As your customers comment to claim an accessory, Premiere tracks and sends each shopper a link to their cart through Facebook Messenger. 

When they click the link, they can see all of the pieces they’ve claimed and place their order through the link to your shop. Shoppers can even continue commenting to claim accessories during your Live, and watch as their cart is updated. 

After your Live, as paid orders start coming in, you’ll follow the same fulfillment process as any other sale.
