Designed to celebrate Consultants who are growing their businesses by sharing the joy of affordable jewelry, this program is all about boosting confidence, building connections, and bringing a little extra sparkle to the people around you. 

Let’s break down what it means to be a Style Ambassador and why it’s one of the most exciting ways to level up your Paparazzi journey.

WHAT IS A STYLE AMBASSADOR?

We designed the Style Ambassador program to recognize and reward Consultants who are actively building their customer base and introducing new shoppers to Paparazzi’s adorable, affordable jewelry. 

Being cast as a Style Ambassador means you’ve mastered the art of creating fun, engaging shopping experiences and empowering others to look and feel their best, all while sharing pure jewelry joy.

 

 

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Our Style Ambassador program is structured into three tiers, giving you clear goals to reach and milestones to celebrate as you grow your business. Each month, Consultants can qualify for one of the Style Ambassador tiers by enrolling new customers, increasing sales, and expanding their business’s reach.

Tier 1: Enroll 5 new customers with a combined CPV of 125+

Tier 2: Enroll 10 new customers with a combined CPV of 300+

Tier 3: Enroll 20 new customers with a combined CPV of 750+

You can track your progress in the program through the Style Ambassador Report in your Back Office, making it easy to celebrate every step forward and see how close you and your teammates are to unlocking your next achievement. 

WHAT ARE THE PERKS?

This program rewards you for doing what you already love: connecting with customers and sharing fabulous finds. If you’ve put in the work to be recognized as a Style Ambassador, you can earn perks like credits for FREE jewelry, monthly shoutouts, and opportunities to stand out as a leader and style expert.

Consultants who become a Style Ambassador earn Back Office Credits* that can be used toward more jewelry, tickets to Paparazzi events, or even branded merchandise from the Paparazzi Boutique. Credit amounts increase with each tier, unlocking even greater rewards as you advance through the program. 

*Back Office Credits are not redeemable for cash.

Marquee Ambassador

Those who achieve Style Ambassador status for twelve consecutive months* earn the title of Marquee Ambassador along with an official certificate and stunning glass trophy. 

*Twelve-month period must fall within the Paparazzi Recognition year, which runs from June 1-May 31 .

Breakout Star

When a new Consultant becomes a Tier 2 Style Ambassador within their first three months* with Paparazzi, they become a Breakout Star! This achievement marks a powerful debut—fueled by jewelry joy and the ability to empower new customers. Along with the Back Office Credit awarded to all Tier 2 Style Ambassadors, Breakout Stars receive a commemorative trophy and an official certificate.

*A Consultant’s first three months is defined as their month of enrollment, plus the following three full months. 

Style Scout

A Style Scout is a Consultant who has mentored at least five of their personally sponsored team members to achieve Style Ambassador status for the first time. This is more than leadership—it’s helping others recognize their potential and take their place in the spotlight.

For every five personally sponsored, first-time Style Ambassadors you develop, you’ll earn a $250 Back Office Credit and receive an official Style Scout certificate. Whether you earn this title month after month or build toward it over time, one thing’s for sure—you’re shaping the future cast of Paparazzi’s brightest stars.
