HOW TO HOST
AN OPPORTUNITY LIVE

Every day, we see the Paparazzi mission statement exemplified as Consultants across the nation share their Paparazzi stories — stories of strength, independence, empowerment, and confidence.

These stories are shared as parents chat at children’s soccer games, when friends meet up for coffee, at in-home parties with new acquaintances, and with perfect strangers through Live broadcasts on social media.

For some Consultants, sharing their Paparazzi story comes naturally. For others, the mere idea of talking about the Paparazzi business opportunity in person is met with that butterflies-in-the-stomach feeling, coupled with doubt and uncertainty.

But what if you could share your story from the comfort of your own home with an audience who is already open to hearing what you have to say?

Say hello to the Opportunity Live

An Opportunity Live is a Live broadcast dedicated to sharing your Paparazzi story and answering questions about the Paparazzi business. Instead of the typical Live where you show and sell jewelry, the sole purpose of an Opportunity Live is to give your audience a glimpse of what it’s like to be a Paparazzi Consultant.

When you share the opportunity during regular Live shows, the attention of your jewelry-obsessed audience is on the adorable accessories you’re flaunting rather than on how they can learn more about the Paparazzi opportunity.

An Opportunity Live keeps the attention focused on what’s possible as a Paparazzi Consultant. It’s an opportunity to go into more detail about how your life has changed for the better because of your business.

Of course, you’ll still want to sprinkle invitations to join Paparazzi throughout your regular Live shows, but a show devoted to sharing your story and highlighting your success is a powerful way to speak directly to those who are looking for the incredible opportunity Paparazzi has to offer.

An Opportunity Live is simple to do because it only has three main parts: your story, a question and answer session, and a call to action.

Tell Your Story

A compelling and engaging story is a powerful way to connect and build trust with your audience. People respond to authenticity, and when you share honestly and sincerely, your story will resonate with your audience as they start to see how effortlessly Paparazzi could fit into their lives.

Before you host your Opportunity Live, take time to write down your story. Try to include the details of where you were before you became a Paparazzi Consultant and what your world looks like now. Once it’s down on paper (or typed into your favorite word processor) go back through it and refine the aspects of your story that you feel will be most impactful to your audience.

Consider using elements like humor, emotion, or personal anecdotes to make your story more relatable and memorable. Be sure to highlight your favorite moments as a Paparazzi Consultant, but don’t be afraid to share instances where you overcame challenges.

Showcasing your ability to resolve issues is not only inspirational but also assures prospects that they’re joining a leader who knows how to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Pro Tip: Don’t forget to practice! Taking time to practice your story in the mirror or in front of your camera will help you feel comfortable and confident when it’s time to go Live.

Q&A Session

Once you’re finished sharing your story, engage with your audience by opening a question-and-answer dialogue. You can get the ball rolling by asking them questions like:

  1. What part of my story resonated with you?
  2. If you could wave a magic wand and solve your biggest challenge, what would it be?
  3. How would your life improve if you had more freedom to do what you love?

As your audience starts dreaming about the possibilities of a Paparazzi business, they’ll start thinking of questions to ask you. Be sure you’re ready to answer questions about the Paparazzi business, including:

  1. How much commission do I earn?
  2. What’s in the Starter Kits?
  3. How many parties do I have to do each month?
  4. Do I need to keep inventory?
  5. How can people shop with me?

Keep your answers to these questions clear and concise. Resist the temptation to go into too much detail during your Live. Instead, let your prospects know how they can connect with you to get more information about Paparazzi.

Include a Call to Action

At the end of your Opportunity Live, encourage those interested to continue the conversation on another platform. You can offer a one-on-one Zoom call or simply invite them to message you through Facebook Messenger so you can answer any additional questions they may have.

Make sure you let your audience know about any current enrollment promotions being offered, such as this month’s offer to join the party.

Your Story Is Worth Sharing

Never underestimate the power of your story! Your unique experiences may resonate with someone at the right moment, giving them the confidence to reach out to you.

There are many Consultants today whose story began when they quietly followed their Sponsor, waiting and watching until the moment was right to begin their own Paparazzi story.

Why not do an Opportunity Live this week? It’s an excellent way to inspire your customers to take the next step with you and join the Paparazzi family.
